Graduate of the Medical University in Minsk, Belarus, where she also gave lectures at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. She has many years of experience in diagnosing and treating infertile patients also using in vitro procedure. Doctor Novikava participated in numerous professional trainings, conferences regarding ultrasound diagnostics, reproductive health in pathological gynecology, assisted reproductive techniques as well as prenatal care and high-risk births. Taking advantage of the competence and extensive knowledge, she treats patients with complex medical situation. For many years she successfully combined the function of medical director of an infertility clinic, while actively diagnosing and treating patients.
